Most clients do. The Road Map gives us clarity and ensures any next steps are realistic and aligned. In some cases, where there’s already a clear strategy in place, we may move directly into ongoing support or project work.

Do you offer social media management only?
Social media can be part of the work, but it’s never the starting point. We focus first on strategy and clarity, then decide what channels and tactics actually make sense.

How long does the Marketing Road Map take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from intake to delivery, depending on scope and availability.

Do you work with businesses outside the South Okanagan?
Yes. While we’re community-rooted, we work with businesses across Canada and beyond.
